How do I start bidding?
Register as a bidder, browse events, and register for events you're interested in. Once registered, you can place bids on any active lot.
How do I become an auctioneer?
Register as a seller, pay the one-time activation fee of R0.00, and you can start creating events and lots immediately.
What are the fees?
Auctioneers choose a monthly plan (from a free listing up to a white-label site), plus a 1% commission on lots that sell, capped at R2,500 per lot. Bidding is always free for buyers.
How does payment work?
We use secure payment gateways (PayFast for South Africa). Auctioneers purchase credits in advance, and fees are deducted when events go live.
What is soft close?
If a bid is placed within 2 minutes of lot closing, the closing time extends by 2 minutes. This prevents last-second sniping.
